Further to my post on www.cyclingin4×4country.wordpress.com with regards to one of my incidents yesterday where I had to report a driver crossing the road whilst using a mobile phone. Just a reminder to say, that the police say ‘it’s helpful to get 2 independent witnesses’ in absence of CCTV/video. It is easier if you have a friend with you as often witnesses don’t want to get involved.
